Andreloha (South) vs. Klaus (North)

Post by Klaus »

Let's start our thrilling match!
Did you play against the master Donald Benge long ago? In the nineties, maybe 1994 or 1995, Donald and his buddy Harvey gave me the pleasure of a lesson by email.
Here are the first two complete turns:

Southern (Andreloha) turn 1:

S132 -131 = 1
S133 -131 = 1
Ess131 – 705 = 2
B707 – 712 =2
B706 – 711 =2
Gess705 – 707 = 2

Total 10

------------------
Northern (Klaus) turn 1:

B802 - 866
B803 - 824
S π K,270

Total 20
====================

Southern turn 2:

B712-713 = 1
B711-731 = 2
Gess707-712 = 2
S π K,133 = 10
S123-121 =1
Ds121-A24 = 2
N120-A25 = 2

Total = 20
-------------------------
Northern turn 2

B866 - 522 4P
B824 - 523 4P
S233 - E231 1P
B807 - 814 4P
K270 - G804 2P

Dear Klaus,

No I never had the privileged to know him. I only played with one friend occasionally on original Conquest on 4p board. Sometimes we would play with 2 newcomers.

Here is my Turn 3:

B713-735 = 2
B731-734 = 3
Gess712-733 = 2
K133-G704 = 1
Gk704-714 = 6
Ds A24-A20 = 3
N A25-A19 = 3
Total = 20

Kind Regards
Andre

Good evening Andre,

when I played Donald Benge (maybe two times and he was the winner!) we could use a special software which made it easier to play by email. It was written for Windows 3.11. I think he intended to produce something like a typical chess software someday in the future...
Here's my turn 3:
B522 - 509 3P
B523 - 508 4P
B814 - 815 1P
GK813 -600 8P
S228 - D226 1P
S217 - E216 1P
S218 - Es216 1P
Ess216 - 217 1P

Total: 20P

Kind regards

Klaus

Kind regards
Andre
