The website http://www.conquest-forum.de is offering a platform to Grand Conquest players who want to stage correspondence matches online. The users of this website like to launch the Grand Conquest League soon. Three players are seeded for the league so far. We are searching for at least three further Grand Conquest players so we will be able to build up a league with 6 participants. If more than three further players like to join us we could set up a second group provided that we would reach 4 players as the minimum number of participants. We expect that every interested person stages a tryout match at first so he/she gets to know the course of a correspondence match. Afterwards everyone can decide whether he wants to take part in the league or not. You will find the provisional rules of the Grand Conquest league here on the forum site.

Attractive prizes are offered for the participants. There are 5 sets of Grand Conquest metal workpieces sponsored by Numskullgames (http://www.numbskullgames.com/). The pewter pieces have to be painted or galvanised by the winners. The sets will be sent without a special box.

Since one correspondence Grand Conquest match could take about three months the participants of the Grand Conquest league should be aware that the contest including the tryout match could extend over a period of about 18 months.

The registration on the website http://www.conquest-forum.de and the participation in the Grand Conquest league are free. According to the international orientation the forum communication is mainly in English, but also in German.

On the registration page of the forum site you will be asked to answer a question concerning Grand Conquest or Conquest (spam blocker). If you know the rules (on the forum site!) it won't be a problem. In case you don't know send me an email to klaus-g-spiele(at)arcor.de (attention: replace (at) by @) and tell me the user name you like to get. I will set up an account for you.
